Calculator and coverage answers stay in the current page’s memory. This application does not save them to a database, browser storage, or an analytics service. Reloading clears them. Do not enter personal health information.
Hosting and access
This website is publicly accessible. The host may process technical request information such as IP addresses, device information and access logs under its own policies. This page does not promise that the hosting platform collects no data.

Following a source or provider link takes you to a separate website governed by that organization’s privacy policy. We do not transmit calculator answers in those links.
Price Alert signups
If you join Price Alert, we save your email, consent wording version, signup time and a hashed removal credential in the site database. This is separate from the calculator. No email sending service is connected and email addresses have not been verified. We retain your signup until you withdraw or the list is closed. Use the private removal link shown after signup to delete your record. Save it securely: replacement-link recovery is not available.
Abuse protection and historical support records
We store hourly rate-limit counters keyed by a hash derived from network address and time window; raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters. Expired counters are removed during later requests. The former support form is closed. Previously submitted requests, if any, contain email, request type, creation time and status; those records remain until resolved and manually deleted. No new support requests are collected through the site.
Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, we store your email, selected topic, message, submission time and review status. The site operator can access these records to handle your enquiry. Messages are not public and do not subscribe you to marketing. Avoid including sensitive health information. You can request deletion through the contact form using the Privacy request topic.
Analytics and operator details
No third-party analytics or advertising pixels are active. The site owner can access the signup list. Hosting infrastructure processes and stores these records.
