Our medication price table combines published local-pharmacy observations with direct provider listings. These are not independent pharmacy quotes obtained by RxTally. Maple’s research estimates are listed separately. Strengths, quantities and fee inclusions may differ.

First collected is when a record entered our dataset. A later source check can reconfirm it without changing that original date. Publisher-reported price-check dates describe the publisher’s work, not a pharmacy call by RxTally.

Why do the Felix Ozempic and generic ranges match? Both live Felix pages displayed $149 for one pen and up to $298 for two pens when checked September 28, 2026. We preserve that provider’s listing; it does not establish brand–generic price parity across pharmacies or like-for-like savings.

Maple’s Mounjaro estimate

Maple describes approximately $405–$750 per four-week supply across KwikPen strengths as manufacturer list-price estimates. These are not Maple dispensing quotes and may differ from pharmacy cash prices and fees. This range must not be subtracted from a discounted package price to claim savings.

Health Canada announced the approval on April 28, 2026, for type 2 diabetes. Canada was the first country in the Group of Seven (G7) to authorize a generic version—not the first country worldwide.
